No — the $100/week is our management fee only. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and is completely separate. We recommend a minimum ad spend of $15–$20/day to get meaningful results, but this depends on your goals and industry.

Never. All plans are month-to-month. If you need to pause or cancel, give us 30 days notice and that's it. We believe results should keep you — not contracts.

Once we've had our strategy call and agreed on scope, we typically go live within 5–7 business days. Social media management can start even faster. We handle all the setup — you don't need to do anything technical.

Always. You own your Meta ad account, your business pages, and all content we create for you. We work inside your accounts — never ours. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.

You'll work directly with the person managing your campaigns — not an account manager acting as a middleman. Our team is small, Sydney-based, and focused on quality. You'll always have a direct line to the person doing the work.

Yes — and we'd recommend it. Running both together means your organic content and paid ads work in sync, which typically improves results for both channels. We can discuss the best combination for your budget on the strategy call.

Yes — we're Sydney-based but serve businesses all across Australia. Everything runs remotely via email, phone, and video call. Distance has never been a barrier for our clients.
