Never. All of our services are month-to-month. If you want to pause or cancel, give us 30 days notice and that's it — no exit fees, no penalties, no awkward conversations. We believe our results should be what keeps you, not a contract.

No — there is never a setup fee for any of our services. Most agencies charge $500–$1,500+ just to get started. We don't. You pay only the monthly management fee from the moment your service begins.

You work directly with the specialist managing your campaigns or content — not an account manager, not a junior, not an offshore team reading from a script. You get a direct line to the person who actually knows your account inside and out.

Yes. All prices listed on our website and in our quotes include GST. No surprise additions at checkout.

The $100/week flat fee covers everything we do to manage your campaigns: strategy and audience research, ad creative briefing and copywriting, campaign setup and structure, A/B split testing, retargeting and lookalike audience setup, daily monitoring and optimisation, and a plain-English weekly performance report. The only thing not included is your ad spend — that goes directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

No — the $100/week is our management fee only. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta and is completely separate. We recommend starting with a minimum of $20/day in ad spend to generate meaningful results, but this varies by industry and goals. You have full control over your ad budget and can adjust it at any time.

Always. We work inside your Meta Business Manager and your ad account — not ours. Every campaign, audience, creative, and data point belongs to you. If you ever decide to leave, everything stays with you. We would never hold your data or assets hostage.

Our currently active campaigns average 4.8× ROAS, and most clients see a meaningful reduction in cost per lead within the first 30–60 days. That said, results depend on your industry, offer, ad budget, and landing page quality. We give honest projections on your strategy call — no inflated promises, no vanity metrics.

The Starter plan is $99/month for 8 posts, Growth is $149/month for 12 posts, and Scale is $199/month for 16 posts.

Never. Every piece of content is designed from scratch specifically for your brand using your colours, fonts, tone, and business identity. We don't use Canva templates, stock photography, or recycled content from other clients. What you see in our portfolio is exactly what we deliver.

Yes — this is a core part of how we work. Every month you receive a full content calendar with all posts for that month before anything is scheduled. You review it, request any changes, and give final approval. Nothing posts without your sign-off.

All plans include Facebook and Instagram posting as standard. Content is designed to work well on both platforms. If you need additional platforms, reach out and we can discuss options.

Consistent, professional content typically shows meaningful engagement improvements within 60–90 days. Follower growth and brand awareness build over time — social media is a long game, not an overnight fix. That said, many clients notice improved engagement and professional brand perception within the first month simply because the content quality is significantly higher than what they were producing themselves.

Just let us know. We can accommodate additional posts outside your regular calendar. Depending on the plan and the scope of work, this may be included or may involve a small additional cost — we'll always be upfront about that before proceeding.

We invoice monthly in advance. You'll receive a tax invoice each month for the upcoming period. Payment is due on receipt. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. All prices include GST.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your social media plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. For Meta Ads, the management fee stays the same regardless of your ad budget — so you can increase your ad spend without paying us more.

Give us 30 days written notice and we'll wrap up your service at the end of that period. There are no cancellation fees, no penalty clauses, and no awkward exit processes. All your assets, data, and accounts remain yours after you leave.

Yes — if you take both Meta Ads management and social media management together, we offer a bundle discount. Reach out via our Get a Quote page and we'll put together a custom package for you.

Because our model is different. Traditional agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend (10–20%), which means their fees grow automatically as your budget grows — regardless of the extra work involved. We charge a flat fee because it's fairer, more transparent, and aligns our incentives with your results rather than your spend. We also operate lean, which means lower overhead and savings we pass on to clients.

No. All plans are month-to-month from day one. That said, digital marketing typically delivers compounding results over time — clients who stay for 3+ months consistently see stronger performance than those who switch after one month. We just prefer to earn your continued business rather than lock you into it.
